Mr N. R. Varma, founder of Nandadeep Valuers Foundation is having an experience of 51 Years in the field of engineering. He was selected as Class-I officer by Maharashtra Public Service Commission. He has served Government of Maharashtra for more than 16 Years. He joined Government of Maharashtra Irrigation Department in 1969 and then he become a Class-I officer. He was responsible for construction of many masonry dams including Jayakwadi, Dimbhe dam etc. He also worked in Central Design Organisation of Govt. of Maharashtra. After resigning from government job he started practicing as Structural, Consulting Engineer and Valuer..
