Mr. N. R. Varma, founder of Nandadeep Valuers Foundation, possesses over 51 years of distinguished experience in the field of engineering, valuation, and structural consultancy.
He served the Government of Maharashtra as a Class-I Officer and contributed significantly to major irrigation and infrastructure projects including Jayakwadi Dam and Dimbhe Dam.
After resigning from government service, he established himself as one of the most respected Structural Consulting Engineers and Valuers in India.
Professional Roles
Mr. Varma is the Chairman of Nandadeep Precast Prestressed Concrete Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to cost-effective and environmentally friendly precast construction technologies.
He also established the Nandadeep Building Center with assistance from the Government of India and HUDCO. The center is recognized for excellence in affordable, sustainable construction solutions.
Additionally, he serves as Director of Nandadeep Designers and Valuers Pvt. Ltd., specializing in industrial and masonry structure design.
Achievements & Recognition
- Designed the iconic Global Pagoda, recognized as the world's largest stone masonry dome and recorded in the Limca Book of Records.
- Served as Governor’s Representative on the Building Committee of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
- Member of the Syllabus Committee of Government Polytechnic College, Aurangabad.
- Received Merit Certificate from the Government of Maharashtra for outstanding work on Jayakwadi Project.
- Awarded recognition by HUDCO, Delhi for the outstanding performance of Nandadeep Building Centre.
