His iconic contribution includes the design of the Global Pagoda — the world's largest masonry dome at Gorai Creek, Mumbai, recorded in the Limca Book of Records.

Mr. Gautam Dodal

Mr. Gautam Dodal is an Electrical Engineer with more than 35 years of professional experience in consulting engineering and valuation services. He specializes in corrosion prevention, protective coating systems, electrical engineering, and green energy solutions.

He has served as a Surveyor and Loss Assessor since 1996 and continuously contributes toward technological advancement and educational development through various institutions.

Mr. Prashant N Varma

Director of Nandadeep Precast Prestressed Concrete Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Prashant Varma has over 25 years of experience in precast housing component design, mould development, and manufacturing.

Ms. Isha Mahesh Mehta

Ms. Isha Mehta is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in Audit and Assurance Services. She brings strong leadership, strategic review, and corporate governance experience to the board.

She is actively associated with social and cultural organizations and has received several academic recognitions.

Ar. Pragati Varma

Pragati Prashant Varma is the Chief Executive Officer of Nandadeep Valuers Foundation, an IBBI Recognised Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO). Representing the third generation of a family in the valuation profession, she leads the NVF RVO's professional education and training initiatives in support of India's valuation ecosystem.

A practicing architect and IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP), she has worked with Nandadeep Designers and Valuers Pvt. Ltd. and completed her professional training at the Auroville Earth Institute, a UNESCO Chair on Earthen Architecture, strengthening her expertise in sustainable construction and the built environment.

Er. Amruta Varma

Amruta Varma is a Civil Engineer and Registrar at Nandadeep Valuers Foundation (NVF), with a strong foundation in civil engineering and the construction sector. She has undertaken specialized training in Structural Health Monitoring from HONE Structural Health Monitoring India Pvt. Ltd. and professional training in Estimation and Costing from Nandadeep Designers and Valuers Pvt. Ltd. (NDVPL).

As Registrar, she is responsible for maintaining membership, coordinating administrative activities, supporting the Foundation’s professional programmes and member engagement.

Aishwarya Soni

Aishwarya Soni is the IT Head at Nandadeep Valuers Foundation, leading the organization’s technology, website, and digital transformation initiatives. With expertise in Python, Django Development, Data Analytics, and AI/ML, she focuses on building secure, scalable, and user-centric technology solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

She oversees the development and management of the Foundation’s digital platforms, website systems, technology solutions, and data-driven applications. Her work combines software development, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, digital accessibility, and overall user experience.

Driven by innovation and continuous learning, she is committed to delivering reliable, maintainable, and future-ready technology solutions while supporting the Foundation’s vision for sustainable digital growth.

Mr. Mayur Patni

Mr. Mayur Patni is a Production Engineer with over 25 years of industrial experience. He possesses extensive knowledge in manufacturing processes and industrial materials.

He strongly believes in mentoring future professionals and promoting valuation excellence through practical learning.
